Return & Refund Policy

At CASLO, every statue is carefully crafted and inspected to ensure the highest quality. We are committed to providing our customers with a reliable and satisfying purchasing experience.

01. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged during delivery.
  • The item received is a different model from the model you ordered.
  • The statue has visible manufacturing defects.

Note: This is not covered for color differences - as the color from the digital screens may vary from the originally uploaded photos.

  • Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • The items should be unused and in its original condition and packaging for returning.

02. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return or refund, including:

Custom-made or special pre-order statues.

Items used, modified, or damaged after delivery.

Items returned without original packaging.

Items returned after the allowed return period.

CASLO reserves the right to evaluate the condition of the returned item before approving a refund or replacement.

03. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your statue arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately with clear photos/videos. Our team will review the case.

Possible Resolutions:

A repair
A replacement
A refund

The refund amount, if applicable, will be determined after reviewing the specific circumstances. Please note that the final decision regarding refunds or replacements will be made by CASLO in accordance with this policy.

04. Return Process

  • 1. Contact support with order details.
  • 2. Receive return instructions if approved.
  • 3. Pack statue in original packaging carefully.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

05. Refund Process

  • Notification regarding approval/rejection.
  • Processed via original payment method.
  • Takes 14-21 business days to reflect.

06. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within the first 24 hours after they are placed. After this period, once production has commenced, cancellations will no longer be possible.
