Description
The figure exhibits a smooth, well-defined torso and a serene facial expression featuring a prominent U-shaped mark on the forehead. The head is topped with a tall, elaborate conical crown backed by a circular, halo-like element.
The upper body of the statue is adorned with intricate jewelry, including large earrings, ornate armbands on each bicep, wrist bracelets, and multiple layered necklaces resting upon the chest. A distinct sacred thread is draped diagonally across the torso. The deity's four hands hold specific ritual objects: the upper right hand balances a spoked discus or wheel, the upper left grasps a conch shell, and the lower left hand cradles a decorative, round pot. The lower right hand extends forward, delicately holding a small, curved item between the fingers.
The figure's lower half is wrapped in a heavily draped, traditional garment that resembles a dhoti. This clothing is secured by a wide, intricately patterned waistband featuring a prominent central medallion. The fabric of the garment falls in crisp, layered pleats down the center and is flanked by cascading sashes on either side, all finished with fine, etched geometric patterns near the hems.
